Online store, counter billing and stock in one system
Less juggling. More selling.
Counter + online
When a sale is billed in ShopSynq, the same stock record is updated for the counter and online store.
Try the example: sell the last saree at the counter, or hold it for an online order. See how availability changes.
Stock accuracy depends on sales being recorded in ShopSynq. How shared stock works.

Expos, exhibitions & pop-up stalls
Boutique stalls get busy fast. Use ShopSynq to bill quickly, scan products, accept supported digital payments, and save customer details while you sell — so the relationship doesn’t end when the expo does.

Use barcode scanning on Standard and Premium to find products quickly, create the bill and update stock as you sell.
Accept supported UPI, QR or other digital payment methods through your connected payment provider.
Save customer details and purchase history while you sell. Later, use CRM, customer segments, offers and supported WhatsApp workflows to follow up and bring them back.
CRM and segments: Standard and Premium. WhatsApp campaigns and shopping flows: Premium only. WhatsApp setup requirements and messaging charges may apply separately.
The stall may last one weekend.
The customer relationship shouldn’t.
More ways to sell
List products online, sell through your storefront or POS, manage orders and stock, then send automatic WhatsApp order updates on Standard or Premium. With Premium, engage opted-in customers through campaigns and automated catalogue shopping.
Standard and Premium include order updates. Premium adds campaigns for opted-in customers and a visual flow builder for catalogue browsing, delivery checkout and order creation. WhatsApp setup requirements and messaging charges may apply separately.
Selling on WhatsAppSync your product catalogue and inventory to Meta so your social catalogue follows your stock.
Standard and Premium. Catalogue/inventory sync only—not Meta checkout, ads automation or Meta order management.
Collect an advance online when a COD order is placed, then collect the balance on delivery.
Standard and Premium. A connected, supported payment gateway is required. No guarantee of fewer returns.

Before you start
Basic suits a very small catalogue of up to 20 products. Standard will fit many boutiques that need barcode billing, CRM and Partial COD, and allows up to 1,000 products. Premium adds unlimited products, higher staff and warehouse limits, and WhatsApp marketing campaigns, a visual flow builder and catalogue shopping automation. Orders and GST/POS invoices are unlimited on every plan. See the current plans on the pricing page.
Up to 8 variants per product on current plans. A variant is one combination of options such as size, colour, fabric or stitched/unstitched. If a design comes in more combinations than that, you would need to split it across products.
Yes. Online orders and counter sales billed in ShopSynq update the same stock record. Stock accuracy still depends on sales being recorded in the system, so ShopSynq cannot promise you will never oversell in every situation.
No. You can bill by selecting items at the counter. Barcode scanning and thermal receipt printing are available on the Standard and Premium plans if you want them. Digital bills can be shared without a printer.
Yes, on the Standard and Premium plans. ShopSynq can send automatic WhatsApp order confirmation, with shipping and delivery updates where supported, subject to plan and provider setup. Ordinary WhatsApp chats do not automatically become orders; configured Premium shopping flows can guide customers through catalogue browsing, delivery checkout and order creation.
Yes, with Partial COD on the Standard and Premium plans. The customer pays an advance online and the balance on delivery. You need a connected, supported online payment gateway. An advance can discourage casual COD orders, but it does not guarantee fewer returns or higher sales.
Yes, on the Standard and Premium plans. ShopSynq syncs your product catalogue and inventory to Meta for Facebook and Instagram. It is catalogue and inventory sync only, not Meta checkout, ads automation or Meta order management.
Yes. ShopSynq is built for boutiques and garment sellers who sell sarees, kurtis, readymade garments or kids wear, with counter billing, an online store and stock tracked by size and colour. Keep the 8-variant-per-product limit in mind for designs with many combinations.
ShopSynq charges no per-order platform fee, and orders and GST/POS invoices are unlimited on every plan. Payment gateway and courier charges are separate. WhatsApp setup requirements and messaging charges may apply separately.
Not necessarily. Existing product data can be imported in bulk using supported spreadsheet formats, and stock and prices can be managed in bulk. Remember the product limit of your plan and the 8-variant limit per product.
